1. Who we are

Goat Mart (“Goat Mart”, “the platform”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates https://goatmart.pk as an online livestock, shop and agricultural marketplace. The platform is founded and operated by Muhammad Ahmad Gujjar from Punjab, Pakistan, with people working across Lahore, Haroonabad, Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur.

Goat Mart is a technology platform and neutral venue. Listings, prices, photographs, descriptions and claims are created and controlled by independent users. Goat Mart does not own, breed, house, transport, inspect or sell any animal or product listed on the platform and is not a party to any resulting contract between a buyer and a seller.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, listing on or otherwise using the platform, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the platform immediately.

If you use the platform on behalf of a farm, shop, company or any other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation, and “you” includes that organisation.

These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer and Refund & Returns Policy. Together they form the entire agreement between you and us.

3. Platform data and user-provided information

Listings, shops, farms, providers, prices, statistics and dashboard figures are provided by independent users or generated from platform activity and market inputs. Always verify animals, products, identities, prices and documents before relying on them. Community forum posts are member-generated opinions, not official Goat Mart advice.

You must not treat any listing, profile, badge, rating, price, chart or dashboard figure as a guaranteed representation of fact, an offer, an invitation to treat, or the only basis for any commercial or financial decision.

4. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. By using the platform you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

The platform is not directed at children. We do not knowingly permit accounts, listings or transactions by anyone under 18, and we will close any account we believe belongs to a minor.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform, and any transaction you enter into through it, is lawful in your union council, district, province and country.

5. Your account and security

You must provide accurate, current and complete registration details and keep them up to date. Impersonation, false identity documents, duplicate accounts created to evade a suspension, and accounts opened on behalf of a banned user are prohibited.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, for keeping your password and one-time codes confidential, and for notifying us at muhammadahmadgujjar79@gmail.com as soon as you suspect unauthorised access.

We may refuse registration, require additional verification, limit features, or suspend or remove an account where we reasonably believe these terms, any law, or the safety of other users is at risk.

6. Acceptable use and prohibited listings

You agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly and respectfully. The following are strictly prohibited and may be removed without notice:

• Listing diseased, injured, drugged, sedated or visibly suffering animals, or presenting an unwell animal as healthy.
• Listing stolen animals, or any animal or product you do not own or are not lawfully authorised to sell.
• Misrepresenting the age, weight, breed, teeth count, pregnancy status, milk yield, defects, injuries, treatment history or health of an animal.
• Uploading forged, altered, borrowed or otherwise fake documents, including vaccination cards, veterinary certificates, ownership papers, receipts and CNIC records.
• Using photographs or videos that are not of the actual animal or product being offered.
• Soliciting payment, contact or completion of a deal outside the platform in order to avoid records, fees or protections.
• Listing protected, endangered, restricted or illegal species, or any animal whose sale, movement or slaughter is prohibited by law.
• Harassment, threats, intimidation, abuse, hate speech, sectarian content, obscenity, or discriminatory conduct toward any user or member of our team.
• Spam, duplicate or bait listings, price manipulation, fake reviews, coordinated ratings, bot traffic, scraping, and any attempt to probe, overload or interfere with the security of the platform.
• Fraud, deceptive pricing, money laundering, terrorist financing or any other unlawful activity.

7. Listings, accuracy and your responsibility

Every listing is created, described, photographed, priced and controlled by the user who posts it. Sellers warrant that they own the animal or product, that their description is accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge, and that all material faults are disclosed.

You are solely responsible for verifying any animal, product, seller, buyer, shop, farm or service provider before entering into a transaction, sending money, or acting on any information found here. Inspect in person, confirm documentation and use independent professionals where the value warrants it.

We may edit, re-categorise, demote, hide or remove any listing at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

8. Animal welfare and legal compliance

Buyers and sellers must comply with all applicable federal and provincial law, including livestock movement and transport rules, animal welfare and anti-cruelty legislation, quarantine and disease-control orders, mandi and market regulations, and slaughter, halal and meat-inspection requirements.

Responsibility for permits, health certificates, transport conditions, loading density, feeding, watering, rest and humane handling rests entirely with the parties to the transaction. Goat Mart does not arrange, supervise, certify or inspect transport, holding or slaughter, and accepts no responsibility for the welfare of any animal.

9. Qurbani and religious compliance

Goat Mart does not issue religious rulings. Nothing on the platform — including any age, teeth, weight, defect, health or “Qurbani suitable” indication — is a fatwa, a certification of religious fitness, or confirmation that an animal satisfies the conditions of Qurbani, Aqiqah, zabihah or any other religious observance.

Religious eligibility depends on the physical condition of a specific animal at a specific moment and on the ruling of a qualified scholar. You must satisfy yourself in person, and with a qualified religious authority, before relying on any animal for a religious obligation.

10. Veterinary and health disclaimer

Health information, vaccination dates, treatment notes, weights and certificates are supplied by users. They are not verified, diagnosed, examined or endorsed by Goat Mart.

Nothing on Goat Mart constitutes veterinary, medical, legal, financial, tax, religious or investment advice. Content is general in nature and may not suit your circumstances.

Always have an animal examined by a registered veterinarian before purchase, and never use platform content in place of professional veterinary care.

11. Prices, market data and calculators

All calculators, estimators, price intelligence and breed guidance are informational aids based on general formulas and available market inputs. They are estimates, not measurements, valuations, veterinary diagnoses, religious rulings, or financial advice. Always confirm with a physical weighing, a registered veterinarian, a qualified religious scholar or a professional adviser before acting.

Market rates, price ranges, averages, trends and comparisons are indicative only. Livestock prices move with season, festival demand, region, breed, weight, health and negotiation, and can change several times within a single day.

12. Fees, subscriptions and billing

Browsing and buying is free unless stated otherwise. Seller, Shop and Farm plans, featured placements, promotions and other paid services are billed as described at the point of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated. You are responsible for any tax, duty, bank or wallet charge or bank fee arising from your use of paid services. Except as set out in our Refund & Returns Policy or as required by law, fees are non-refundable.

We may change pricing on reasonable notice. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle.

13. Payments, manual payment proof and off-platform dealing

Where the platform offers in-platform payment or manual payment proof, funds are released according to the process shown at checkout. Any protection we describe applies only to payments completed through the platform.

Transactions, payments or communications conducted outside Goat Mart fall entirely outside the platform's records and protections, and Goat Mart accepts no responsibility for them.

Goat Mart is not a bank, payment institution, insurer, broker or financial adviser, and gives no guarantee that any payment, refund or release will complete on any particular timescale.

14. Third-party services and providers

Third-party services shown on Goat Mart — including veterinarians, transporters, inspectors, consultants and shops — are independent businesses. Goat Mart does not employ, supervise, guarantee or accept responsibility for their work, conduct, pricing, licensing or outcomes.

The platform may link to third-party websites, applications and manual payment providers. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, pricing or privacy practices.

15. Verification badges

A verification badge records that certain documents or checks were reviewed at a point in time. It is a good-faith signal only. It is not a guarantee of identity, ownership, quality, health, solvency, honesty or the outcome of any transaction, and it does not transfer any risk from you to us.

16. Intellectual property

The Goat Mart name, logo, design, written content, code, illustrations, data compilations, interface and structure are owned by Goat Mart or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.

You may not copy, scrape, mirror, republish, resell, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written permission.

17. Your content and the licence you grant

You keep ownership of the photographs, videos, descriptions, reviews and other content you upload. You grant Goat Mart a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating, marketing and improving the platform.

You warrant that you own or are licensed to use everything you upload, and that it infringes no third-party right. You remain solely responsible for your content, and you agree that we may moderate, edit or remove it at any time.

If you believe content on the platform infringes your rights, write to muhammadahmadgujjar79@gmail.com with the details and we will review it promptly.

18. Reviews, ratings and reports

Reviews and ratings are the personal opinions of the users who post them. Goat Mart does not verify, adopt or endorse them and accepts no responsibility for them. Moderation is carried out on a reasonable-efforts basis only and is not a guarantee that every unfair or false review will be detected or removed.

19. Availability of the service

We do not promise that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, complete or error-free. Features may be added, changed, suspended, restricted or withdrawn at any time, and the platform may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades or reasons outside our control, without notice and without liability.

20. Disclaimer of warranties

The platform, its content, calculators, market data and directories are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

21. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Goat Mart, its founder, team, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, nor for any loss of profit, revenue, livestock, income, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from or connected to your use of the platform. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to Goat Mart for the service in question during the three months preceding the claim, or PKR 5,000, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

22. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goat Mart, its founder and its team from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your listings, your content, your transactions, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

23. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, created risk for other users, or exposed us to legal liability.

On termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, the content licence, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution and governing law — continue to apply.

24. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including hosting, internet, power or network failure, cyber-attack, government or regulatory action, court order, strike, epidemic, animal-disease outbreak, flood, earthquake, fire, storm, war or civil unrest.

25. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform develops or as the law changes. The current version is always published on this page with its review date, presently 30 July 2026. Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect is acceptance of the updated terms.

26. Severability and interpretation

If any provision of these terms is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed, and the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Headings are for convenience only. Words such as “including” and “for example” are illustrative and do not limit the words that precede them.

27. Entire agreement, waiver and assignment

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer and Refund & Returns Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us and replace any earlier understanding, representation or arrangement.

A failure or delay in enforcing any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign or transfer your rights without our written consent; we may assign or transfer ours as part of a reorganisation, merger or sale of the business.

Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, agency, employment, franchise or joint venture between you and Goat Mart, and no third party has any right to enforce them.

28. Dispute resolution and governing law

If something goes wrong, please contact us first. We ask that you raise the issue in writing and allow thirty days for a good-faith resolution before beginning any formal proceedings.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts at Lahore, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you hold as a consumer.
