The information published on https://goatmart.pk is provided for general information only. While we try to keep it useful and current, Goat Mart makes no representation, warranty or undertaking that anything on the platform is accurate, complete, reliable, current or suitable for your purpose.

Goat Mart is a technology platform and neutral venue. Listings, prices, photographs, descriptions and claims are created and controlled by independent users. Goat Mart does not own, breed, house, transport, inspect or sell any animal or product listed on the platform and is not a party to any resulting contract between a buyer and a seller.

Any action you take on the basis of information found here is taken at your own risk.

2. Platform data and marketplace content

Listings, shops, farms, providers, prices, statistics and dashboard figures are provided by independent users or generated from platform activity and market inputs. Always verify animals, products, identities, prices and documents before relying on them. Community forum posts are member-generated opinions, not official Goat Mart advice.

Listings, shop pages, farm profiles, provider directories, ratings, badges, charts and dashboard totals must not be treated as guaranteed offers, endorsements or independently verified statements of fact.

3. No warranty

The platform, its content, calculators, market data and directories are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that defects will be corrected, or that the platform or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

4. Calculators, estimators and market data

All calculators, estimators, price intelligence and breed guidance are informational aids based on general formulas and available market inputs. They are estimates, not measurements, valuations, veterinary diagnoses, religious rulings, or financial advice. Always confirm with a physical weighing, a registered veterinarian, a qualified religious scholar or a professional adviser before acting.

Outputs depend entirely on the values you enter and on general formulas that cannot account for body condition, gut fill, breed variation, pregnancy, illness, measurement error or local market conditions. A tape measurement is not a weighbridge, and a price band is not a valuation.

• Price intelligence, averages and trends are indicative only and can be out of date the moment they are published.
• Feed, cost, profit and ROI tools are planning aids and are not forecasts, guarantees or financial projections.

5. No professional advice

Nothing on Goat Mart constitutes veterinary, medical, legal, financial, tax, religious or investment advice. Content is general in nature and may not suit your circumstances.

You should always seek the advice of a registered veterinarian, a qualified religious scholar, a licensed lawyer, an accountant or another appropriate professional before acting on anything you read here. Never disregard or delay professional advice because of something published on the platform.

6. Animal health and veterinary disclaimer

Health notes, vaccination dates, treatment records, certificates and photographs are supplied by users and are not verified, examined or endorsed by us. No content on this platform is a diagnosis, a prescription, a fitness certificate or a substitute for veterinary examination.

Livestock is living property. Condition, temperament, health and value can change between the moment a listing is published and the moment an animal is collected. Inspect in person, immediately before you buy.

7. Religious and Qurbani disclaimer

Goat Mart issues no religious ruling of any kind. Nothing on the platform confirms that an animal meets the conditions of Qurbani, Aqiqah, zabihah or any other religious observance, and no label, badge, filter or estimate should be read as such a confirmation.

Religious suitability depends on the specific animal, at the specific time, assessed by a qualified scholar. That judgement is yours to obtain, and we accept no responsibility for it.

8. Your responsibility before you act

You are solely responsible for verifying any animal, product, seller, buyer, shop, farm or service provider before entering into a transaction, sending money, or acting on any information found here. Inspect in person, confirm documentation and use independent professionals where the value warrants it.

Transactions, payments or communications conducted outside Goat Mart fall entirely outside the platform's records and protections, and Goat Mart accepts no responsibility for them.

9. Third parties and external links

Third-party services shown on Goat Mart — including veterinarians, transporters, inspectors, consultants and shops — are independent businesses. Goat Mart does not employ, supervise, guarantee or accept responsibility for their work, conduct, pricing, licensing or outcomes.

The platform may contain links to external websites, applications, maps, social profiles and payment pages that we do not control. Links are provided for convenience only and do not amount to endorsement, recommendation or verification. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, security, terms or privacy practices of any external site, and following an external link is at your own risk.

10. User-generated content

Listings, descriptions, photographs, videos, prices, reviews, ratings and messages are created by independent users. The views expressed in them are those of the user, not of Goat Mart, and we do not adopt, verify or endorse them.

Moderation is carried out on a reasonable-efforts basis. The absence of moderation action is not confirmation that content is accurate, lawful or trustworthy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Goat Mart, its founder, team, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, nor for any loss of profit, revenue, livestock, income, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from or connected to your use of the platform. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to Goat Mart for the service in question during the three months preceding the claim, or PKR 5,000, whichever is lower.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goat Mart, its founder and its team from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your listings, your content, your transactions, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts at Lahore, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you hold as a consumer.

This disclaimer forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & conditions. Its current review date is 30 July 2026 and it may be updated as the platform develops.
